Day 1 : GUWAHATI -SHILLONG (100 KMS)

Meet and assist by our representative at the Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Shillong called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Shillong is a hill station in northeast India and capital of the state of Meghalaya. It’s known for the manicured gardens at Lady Hydari Park. Nearby, Ward’s Lake is surrounded by walking trails. North, the Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures features displays on the region’s native people. Waterfalls include the Elephant Falls to the southwest. East of here, forested Shillong Peak offers city views. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 2 : SHILLONG- CHERRAPUNJEE - SHILONG (60 KMS)

After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world. Visit beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai, Mawsmai caves. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Cherrapunjee, also known as Sohra, is a high-altitude town in the northeast Indian state of Meghalaya. It's known for its living root bridges, made from rubber trees. To the northeast, Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point overlooks verdant gorges. In the surrounding hills, the Noh-Kalikai, Dain-Thlen and Kynrem waterfalls plunge from forested clifftops. South of town, Mawsmai Cave is illuminated to show its stalagmites. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 3 : SHILLONG SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast visit Lady Hydari Park-The Park got its name from the nature loving first lady of the state, Lady Hydari the wife of Governor of Assam. and Saint Catholic Cathedral - The Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians is a cathedral in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. It is the cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Shillong and serves as the seat of the Metropolitan Archbishop of Shillong. It covers the districts of East Khasi Hills and Ri-Bhoi, in which there are 35 church districts or "Parishes". The Cathedral, built over 50 years ago, is the principal place of worship of the over 342,169 Catholics of the Shillong Archdiocese. Take a stroll around the Ward’s Lake, the most popular attraction in Shillong. Walk past British-era buildings by spending the evening at your own pace. Return to your hotel in Shillong for the overnight stay.

Day 4 : SHILLONG – MAWLYNNONG –DAWKI- SHILLONG (80 KM)

After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. It is situated 80 kms. from Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Mawlynnong is known for its cleanliness. The waste is collected in the dustbins made of bamboo, directed to a pit and then used as manure. A community initiative mandates that all residents should participate in cleaning up the village. Smoking and use of polythene is banned while rainwater harvesting is encouraged. The travel magazine Discover India declared the village as Asia's cleanest village in 2003, and the cleanest in India in 2005. This reputation has boosted local tourism; in 2017 NPR reported that, according to the village headsman, incomes had increased by 60 percent due to increased tourism. Visit Dawki, It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. You can enjoy boating (on your own cost) in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River Evening return to Shillong. Day 5 : SHILLONG TO KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK (270)

After Breakfast transfer to Kaziranga and in the In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari (at your on cost) in the Kaziranga national park. Kaziranga is a vast expanse of tall elephant grass, marshland, and dense tropical moist broadleaf forests, criss-crossed by four major rivers, including the Brahmaputra, and the park includes numerous small bodies of water. Kaziranga has been the theme of several books, songs, and documentaries. The park celebrated its centennial in 2005 after its establishment in 1905 as a reserve forest. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 6 : KAZIRANGA JEEP SAFARI

Early morning, head out to explore one zone of the national park riding on an elephant (on your own cost). In 2015, the rhino population stood at 2401. Kaziranga National Park was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006. The park is home to large breeding populations of elephants, wild water buffalo, one Horned Rhino and swamp. Return back to hotel rest for the day and evening free for leisure activities and overnight stay the hotel.

Day 7 : KAZIRANGA – BOMDILA (210KM)

After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Bomdila which is almost 210 Kms. from Kaziranga. Bomdila is the headquarters of West Kameng district in the state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. Bomdila is one of the 60 constituencies of the state of Arunachal Pradesh. After freshen up you may visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa). Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 8 : BOMDILA – TAWANG (182KM)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Tawang which is almost 180 Kms. from Bomdila. TAWANG is a town and administrative headquarter of Tawang district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It lies on NH-13 section of Trans-Arunachal Highway. The town was once the capital of the Tawang Tract, which is now divided into the Tawang district and the West Kameng district. On the way you can visit Sela Pass, Sela Lake Jaswant Garh, Kiwi Garden. On arrival at Tawang check in a hotel and evening you may visit the local market. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 9 : TAWANG -BUM LA PASS –TAWANG (40KM)

After breakfast proceed to visit Indo-China border (Bum La Pass) which is another significant tourist spot. The Bum La Pass is a border pass between China's Tsona County in Tibet and India's Tawang district in Arunachal Pradesh. It is 37 km away from the town of Tawang in India's Tawang district and 43 km from the town of Tsona Dzong in China's Tsona County. Visit Tawang, Madhuri Lake and Pangatenga Tso Lake, Nuranang (Jung) Falls, Tawang Monastery. Evening visit War memorial light show. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 10 : TAWANG – DIRANG (150KM)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Dirang, enrote Nuranang Falls, at an altitude of 4114 m. Dirang is a village in the district of West Kameng in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. Dirang is one of the 60 constituencies of Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh. Name of current MLA of this constituency is Phurpa Tsering. It is famous for high altitude lakes and scenic beauty and is ideal for Ice Skating during winter season. The region is located at an elevation of 4910 ft above sea level and on a picturesque valley in between two major getaways- Bomdilla and Tawang. You may enjoy some local sightseeing of Dirang i.e. Sangti Valley, Hot Water Spring, Thupsung Ddhargye Monastery etc, Overnight stay at Dirang.
