Day 1 : Arrival in Yerevan

On arrive at Zvartnots International Airport, Yerevan meet & greet, transfer to hotel, check-in hotel and rest, evening free for leisure walking tour of Yerevan city center: Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Opera House, Cascade Complex (panoramic city view) Optional: Dinner at a traditional Armenian restaurant with folk music Overnight stay at the Yerevan Hotel.

Day 2 : Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Lake Sevan – Dilijan – Yerevan

After breakfast at the hotel visit Tsaghkadzor (Valley of Flowers) – visit Kecharis Monastery, Optional: Ropeway (cable car) ride to the mountain top, Continue to Lake Sevan, one of the largest alpine lakes in the world, Visit Sevanavank Monastery overlooking the lake, Proceed to Dilijan, the “Little Switzerland of Armenia”, Visit Sharambeyan Street (old town area, crafts and souvenir shops), Return to Yerevan and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Yerevan – Garni – Geghard – Vernissage Market

Breakfast at the hotel, Drive to Garni Temple – the only Greco-Roman style pagan temple in Armenia, Visit Geghard Monastery (UNESCO World Heritage Site), partly carved into rock evening return to Yerevan. • Free time for shopping at Vernissage Flea Market or GUM Market • Optional evening: Armenian wine tasting or café hopping around Cascade

Day 4 : Yerevan – Khor Virap – Echmiadzin – Yerevan

Breakfast at the hotel,Drive to Khor Virap Monastery – the best place to view Mount Ararat up close, Learn about the legend of Saint Gregory the Illuminator, Continue to Echmiadzin Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage Site) – the spiritual center of Armenia’s Apostolic Church, Stop at Zvartnots Temple ruins (if time permits) Return to Yerevan and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 : Departure

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to Zvartnots International Airport for departure
