Day 1 : Arrival in Almaty – City Tour

Day 2 : Medeu – Shymbulak Ski Resort Excursion

Breakfast at hotel, Drive to Medeu Ice Skating Rink, the world’s highest altitude rink, Take a cable car to Shymbulak Ski Resort, Enjoy breathtaking mountain views and snow activities (seasonal) Optional: Ride up to the third cable car level for panoramic views of the Tien Shan Mountains, Return to Almaty by evening and overnight stay at the hotel in Almaty.

Day 3 : Almaty – Big Almaty Lake Excursion

Breakfast at hotel, Drive to Big Almaty Lake, a stunning turquoise alpine lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks (approx. 1.5 hrs drive), Short walk and photo stops at scenic viewpoints, Visit Falcon Nursery (Sunkar) on return to watch falconry show (subject to schedule), Optional lunch at a mountain-view café, Return to Almaty for evening leisure and overnight stay at the hotel in Almaty. Day 4 : Almaty – Charyn Canyon – Saty Village (Kolsai Region)

Early breakfast at hotel, Drive to Charyn Canyon, known as the “Grand Canyon of Central Asia” (approx. 3 hrs drive), Explore Valley of Castles, enjoy a short hike, and take beautiful photos, Continue to Saty Village, gateway to Kolsai Lakes National Park (approx. 2 hrs further), Optional local village lunch or dinner in a guesthouse, Enjoy evening leisure surrounded by the Tien Shan Mountains and overnight stay in Saty Villagge.

Day 5 : Kolsai / Kaindy Lake – Return to Almaty

Breakfast at guesthouse, Morning visit to Kolsai Lake or Kaindy Lake (famous for submerged trees and turquoise waters), Enjoy optional horseback riding, hiking, or picnic lunch by the lake, Drive back to Almaty (approx. 5–6 hrs drive), Evening free for rest or last-minute shopping and overnight stay in Almaty.
