Day 5 : HAMILTON ISLAND – GREAT BARRIER REEF DAY CRUISE TO REEFWORLD WITH LUNCH
Breakfast at the hotel Fantasea Cruises provides the ultimate close encounter with one of nature’s masterpieces daily, the Great Barrier Reef. Travel aboard a large, high-speed, air-conditioned catamaran to this idyllic icon for a day of unsurpassed adventure. Reefworld, is located at Hardy Reef which is one of the most beautiful, prolific and vibrant coral gardens, with an abundance of marine life experienced whilst snorkelling or diving. You can even tour the reef without getting wet aboard the large spacious semi-submersibles. Reefworld’s facilities also include, a large underwater viewing chamber, a safe and secure diving area, large shaded sundeck area with views of the surrounding reef systems, a tailor-made viewing area on deck to see the massive Queensland Groper living beneath the platform, change rooms, fresh water shower, children’s swimming enclosures. FantaSea also offer Club Seahorse, a free, children’s club with 30 minute child care blocks. With four full hours at Reefworld there’s time to participate in activities such as introductory or certified scuba diving, guided snorkelling tours or helicopter joy flights.
